In Skill Up, you can use Skill Up Scores or Wish Pieces to increase Skill EXP.
Skill Up is available from Player Rank 30.
Skill Up Scores can be obtained as rewards for completing events.
To access Skill Up, go to Characters > Training > Skill Up.
