Increasing Mastery Rank improves Talent. For 4★ members that come with Costumes, it also unlocks color variants of their Costumes.
Wish Pieces and Wish Jewels required for Mastery can be obtained by trading in members at the Green Room.
To access Mastery, go to Characters > Training > Mastery.
