The leftmost Group member is the Leader of that Group.
In Solo Shows and Challenge Shows, the Leader's skill gets triggered twice: once at random within the first 5 skill uses, and then for certain at the sixth skill use timing.
You can set the Leader for Recommended (auto-filled) groups by going to Characters > Edit > Recommended and choosing the character you want to set as Leader.
