Update the app from the official store for your OS.
iOS 11/iOS12
1. Open the App Store.
2. Open the Update tab at the bottom of the App Store screen, and swipe down.
3. Tap the Update icon next to "Hatsune Miku: COLORFUL STAGE!" on the list shown in the Update tab.
iOS 13 or newer
1. Open App Store and tap "Today" shown at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the profile icon shown on the top right of the App Store screen.
3. Swipe down on the Account screen.
4. In the Available Updates or Pending Updates section, select "Update All" or tap the Update icon next to "Hatsune Miku: COLORFUL STAGE!."
(If you have enabled automatic updates on your device, you will see "Pending Updates" instead of "Available Updates.")
Android
I. Make sure the Download Manager app is enabled:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to Apps or App Manager.
3. Swipe to All.
4. Select the Download Manager app.
If the option "Enable" is displayed, it means your Download Manager is currently disabled. Tap "Enable" to activate it again.
II. Clear data and cache.
Clear data and cache from Download Manager.
*Don't use the "Clear Cache" function in the app. Clear cache from your device settings.
*Make sure to select "Clear Data" and not "Uninstall."
III. Clear cache and data from Google Play Store.
1. Tap "Google Play Store" in the app.
2. Tap "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache."
*Make sure to select "Clear Data" and not "Uninstall."
