【PlayStation 4/Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds】Can save data be shared, transferred, or carried over between different platforms?

- Save data can be transferred from the PS4 version to the PS5 version. Transferring saved data from the PS5 version to the PS4 version is not possible.
*Data stored on the server, such as online race rank and time score, is shared per account.
