It's possible that the disc or data is not being read correctly. Please try the following:
■ Please check whether the disc you are using does not have scratches or stain.
*This software is a Blu-ray disc. Compared to CD-ROM and DVD-ROM, since the information is recorded at high density, fingerprints may also be a cause of the issue.
If it seems that it does not work properly due to stains, such as fingerprints, please try cleaning the disc.
The method of cleaning the disc is described in the software manual. If you have any questions, please contact Sony, the publisher of PS4.
■ There may be something wrong with the installed data. Please delete the application once and re-install it. Also, please try to operate again after installing the data.
*Use this software on the home screen (dynamic menu) of the PS4 unit.
With the cursor on it, press the OPTIONS button and click "Delete".
After deleting "Application", turn off the power of the PS4 unit for a while.
Please try reinstalling after a while.
*Since the data cannot be recovered, please be careful not to delete the data created when performing "Application save data management" in "save data", and "system data", etc., in "Settings".
*If the PS4 main unit is connected to network, please disconnect it from the network temporarily just in case.
■ From the notification item on the PS4 home screen (dynamic menu).
Press the OPTION button and access "Download List"
Please check the installation status.
*If the download or installation is in progress, please wait it until it is completed.
■ If it is possible, please try if the same issue occurs on another PS4 unit.
■ Check the system software version of your PS4 unit.
*The system software version is stated on the home screen of the PS4 main unit.
In the "Settings" item of (Dynamic menu), you are able to check this information from "System Information" in "System".
If it is not the latest version, if possible, please update the system .
