It's possible that the gaming card or data hasn't been loaded correctly, so please try the following:
■If you are using the boxed edition, please check whether there are scratches or stains at the terminal part of the gaming card (software).
The game may not work properly if there are scratches or stains on the software.
■If you are using the downloaded edition, please try redownloading it.
Also, on the HOME Menu of the gaming console, please select “System Settings” > “Data Management” > “Software” > choose the software you would like to check > perform “Check for Corrupt Data”.
■We would like to confirm the version of your gaming console.

■Please organize the installed data and check whether the situation is improved.
*On the HOME Menu of the gaming console, select the game icon of this game, then press the + Button. Afterwards, from “Data Management”, select “Manage Software” to organize the save data.
*As the save data is saved in another location, the data will not disappear usually after performing these steps.
■Please try performing “Quick Archive” from “System Settings” on the HOME Menu of the gaming console.
■If you are using microSD Card, please try removing it to check if the situation is improved.
*Please try installing the game data on the system memory of Nintendo Switch instead of the microSD Card to see if the issue can be solved.
