In addition, please try the following to reduce the load on your device.
- Check if you have the latest version of the app.
- Close all background apps and browsers.
- Restart the app.
- Restart your device.
- Clear Cache from the menu on the upper right corner of the title screen.
- Free up storage space on your device.
- Check if the area you are in has good connection.
When unable to connect in Wi-Fi only or mobile network only environments, please play in an area where connection is available.
Upon experiencing an error, please be careful to not delete the app without having transferred your data.
