To recover your account in the event of unexpected data loss, we ask you to set your Account Transfer Settings beforehand.
There are two ways to transfer data, so please choose your preferred method.
■How to Set Up
【Set up Transfer ID and Password】
1. On the Home Screen, tap 「三」in the bottom right corner and select 「Options」
2. Select［Account Transfer Settings］
3. Enter your desired password and tap the ［Change Passsword］ button
※The Trasnsfer ID does not include the letters I (capital i) or O (capital o)
※It is recommended to store the Transfer ID and password on an alternative storage other than your device
【Set up on Apple/Facebook】
1. On the Home Screen, tap 「三」in the bottom right corner and select 「Options」
2. Select［Account Transfer Settings］
3.Tap the 「Sign in with Apple」 or 「Log in with Facebook」 button and follow the instructions to link.
※The HUAWEI version does not support Facebook linking.
【How to transfer】
1.Select 「Options」 at the bottom right of the app startup screen.
2.Select "Account Transfer"
3.Select the same option where you previously set up your account transfer.
4.Follow the instructions to complete the transfer.
※The transfer password will be invalid after one use. Please reset the linking or password after using.
