The decision upon selecting the Fighter with highest attack power

If the target selection is based on the attack power, it will determine on the final output of the amount of attack power upon starting the battle that affected on the skills and not on the [Fighters] List.
※If the attack power is same with other fighters, it will be randomly selected.
