When the following conditions are met, it will be displayed in the daily mission column.
・User level 20 or higher
・User level is less than the average level in the server minus 3
If the user level rises and goes beyond the average level, the mission will not be displayed.
The average level of the entire server will increase, and if the above conditions are met, the mission will be displayed again.
