It's possible that the disc or data is not being read correctly. Please try the following:

■ There may be a problem with the installed data, please try to delete the [Game Data], reinstall it and try again.
※ On the Xbox Series X console's home screen, place the cursor on the software, click the menu button, and select Manage Games.
And select "Delete All" in "Built-in Data Storage".
After deleting the Game Data, power off the Xbox Series X console, wait a few moments, and try reinstalling again.
