You may give up to three times per day for free.
Paid Crystals can be spent to give as many times as you like.
Conversely, receiving Bonus Energy will always be free but can only be claimed three times per day regardless of whether or not Paid Crystals have been used. This cycle resets at 04:00 PDT daily.
