Please try the following methods to resolve the problem.
1) Restart the app.
2) If you are using Wi-Fi, turn it off and switch to 4G/5G/LTE.
3) Customers using LTE lines may have limited network speed by the carrier. Check that the line is not restricted.
※For Android devices: if you have moved the app to an SD card, please move it back to the main device.
4) Download all by following the steps below within the app:
・Select [Download All] from the title screen
・On the bottom right corner of the application, tap 「MENU」>「三」 on the bottom left＞「Option」＞「Others」
※We recommend using Wi-Fi for this.
※Depending on the connection, the process might take a while.
※As the data size is huge, there may be cases where the download is unable to be completed in one sitting and the process has to be repeated again.
※As the downloaded data will be deleted upon clearing cache, please do not clear cache until the download is completed.
