・The conditions: The strategy of the manager of the deck team and assistant coach must be same. And the rarity must be lower than the manager of the deck team.
・The buff effect will be applied to the players in the deck based by the assistant coach.
・The ability as the assistant coach will increase by acquiring the same manager.
