Settings for tactics in a match can be done by: Team Edit → Strategy → Tactics.
Each Player and Manager will prefer certain Tactics.
When it fits with the team's tactics, the performance during the match is increased.
Each Tactic, aside from Balanced, has its own strengths and weaknesses.
