Q1: How do I turn off the Nintendo Switch 2 console?
Try turning off the console completely.
Steps to power off:
(1)Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
(2)When the power menu appears, select “Power Options.”
(3)Choose “Turn Off” to shut down the console completely.
If the console does not respond, press and hold the power button for at least 12 seconds to force shutdown.

Q2: Are you using a physical (package) version of the game?
Check the terminal (gold) part of the game card for any scratches or dirt.
Damage or contamination may prevent the game from launching properly.
Q3: Are you using a key card version?
Make sure the key card is properly inserted into the console.
The key card must be inserted during gameplay.

Q4: Are you using a downloadable or key card version?
From the Home Menu, go to:
Settings → Data Management → Manage Software
Try the following:
(1)Select “Check for Corrupt Data.”
(2)If the issue persists, select “Delete Software” and re-download the game.
Q5: Are you using a microSD card?
Try removing the microSD card and check if the issue improves.
Install the game data directly to the Nintendo Switch 2 console instead.
