If your downloadable content (DLC) is not showing up in the game, please try the following:
Q1: Have you restarted your Nintendo Switch 2 console?
Try restarting the console to refresh the system.
Q2: Have you logged out and back into the Nintendo eShop?
Sign out of the Nintendo eShop and then sign back in to ensure your account is properly synced.
Q3: Was the DLC purchased or redeemed using the same account on this console?
Make sure the DLC was purchased or the bonus was redeemed using the same Nintendo Account on the current console.

Q4: Is the content downloaded to your console?
From the HOME Menu, check the game icon under Virtual Game Card.
If the icon has a gray dotted outline in the bottom-right corner, tap the icon and select “Set to This Console.”Once set, the icon’s mark will turn light blue.

Q5: Is the Virtual Game Card inserted into another console or currently lent out?
Ensure the Virtual Game Card is not being used on another device.
Q6: Are your game and console updated to the latest version?
To update the game:
From the HOME Menu, highlight the game icon, press the + Button, then go to Software Update → Via the Internet
To update the console:
Go to HOME Menu → System Settings → System → System Update
Q7: Have you checked for data corruption or tried reinstalling the game and DLC?
From the HOME Menu, go to:
Settings → Data Management → Manage Software
Try the following:
Select “Check for Corrupt Data.”
If the issue persists, select “Delete Software” and re-download both the main game and the DLC.
Q8: Is the DLC a one-time use item?
Some DLCs are consumable and can only be used once. If already applied, they cannot be reused.
