To enhance the Charms, you will need "Memory ore" and "Judollar".
"Memory ore chest" can be obtained from event missions and the guild shop.
If you have "Memory ore chest", you can get Memory ore by using it from the Items screen.
You can also get it by selling Charms.

The number of Memory ore you currently have is displayed at the top of the Charms Ehancement screen.
